Finally got to the point of cutting out one set of bulkheads, keel doublers, and skeg doublers. The ply was sanded prior to making the cutouts, that way there will be no need for sanding before applying fillets and glass. All of the bulkheads and doublers for one hull were cut from 2 sheets of ply instead of five as per the ply cutting sheets. We also came away with bulkheads 2 & 7 for the next hull. This way, we do not have parts laying around everywhere that won’t be needed for a while.
