Spent the day cutting some hardwood and temporarily scarfing the pieces together. Then the task of drilling the holes in the strip and keel took place. Once that was done, I drilled out the holes in the keel 3-times larger than they were and filled the holes with thickened epoxy. Tomorrow, I will re-drill the mounting holes in the epoxy and mount the keel strips.
