Now that all of the fiberglass is on the hull and has been sanded it is time for fairing, again. This is a lighter fairing than was used on the bare hull. It spreads easily and fills in the weave as well as any low spots or imperfections. Basically this stuff is mixed in small batches and spread thinly over the entire hull surface. Once it dries, it gets sanded smooth. Because of the size of the project, it usually takes a couple recoats to get the hull nice and smooth.
