Budget Boater™ is a service company. As a service, we will build a Wharram designed catamaran from a set of licensed plans for you. We can build just about any plywood composite boat or dinghy from any designer’s plans. We specialize in modern Wharram, and Bolger designs. We also offer completion kits for any design when you provide a parts list or a list of your requirements. We can supply complete boat systems for any design, from sails and rigging to plumbing and electrical. In some cases, we purchase uncompleted boats with plans. Contact us with your requirements.
